22.5 ml
Lemon Juice
Freshly squeezed
10 ml
Egg White(optional)
Pasteurised or use Vegg White vegan egg white alternative, aquafaba, or cocktail foamer

Garnish

Orange zest twist

Instructions

Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
Prepare garnish of express coin-sized orange zest twist and float in the centre of cocktail.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
Dry shake (without ice).
Fine strain into chilled glass.
