Hayman's London Dry recommended
22.5 ml
Lemon juice
Freshly squeezed
10 ml
Egg white(optional)
Pasteurised or use Vegg White vegan egg white alternative, Aquafaba, or Cocktail foamer

Garnish

Orange zest twist

Instructions

Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
Prepare garnish of express coin-sized orange zest twist and float in the centre of cocktail.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
Dry shake (without ice).
Fine strain into chilled glass.
