Green Chartreuse
or alternative herbal liqueur
45 ml
Pineapple juice
22.5 ml
Cream of coconut
e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.
15 ml
Lime juice
freshly squeezed

Garnish

Mint sprigs bouquet

Instructions

Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet.
Blend all ingredients with 7oz scoop of crushed ice.
Pour into chilled glass.
